See what needs attention.

Choose a CSV with the SiteNod template headings. This check runs in your browser; the file is not uploaded or saved.

WHAT THE CHECK ACTUALLY DOES

A register is useful when the state is honest.

The checker reads the business, document requirement, review state, recorded expiry and follow-up date from each CSV row. It separates missing, awaiting_review, rejected and approved records before looking at dates.

A received replacement stays in the review queue. The date on a previously accepted record remains visible until someone reviews the new file; a spreadsheet cell cannot approve it for you.

Approved rows with an expiry inside your chosen window become renewal planning work. Invalid dates and uncertain states are flagged for correction instead of being counted as current.

A SIMPLE THREE-STEP ROUTINE

From CSV to a decision queue.

01 / EXPORT

Start with your register.

Download the free template or export a UTF-8 CSV with its required headings. Keep one document requirement per row. Remove the fictional sample rows before using the template for real work.

02 / CHECK

Separate the states.

Run the check locally in this browser. Review every flagged row against the actual document, request and decision history. The tool does not store your file or tell you whether a contractor may work.

03 / ACT

Give the date an owner.

Download the action list, assign the next move and use the renewal planner to work backwards from an accepted document’s expiry. A calendar reminder still needs a person to follow through.

BEFORE YOU RELY ON THE OUTPUT

Dates are evidence to check, not a compliance verdict.

The results use only the values in your CSV and your device’s local date. They cannot verify a document’s authenticity, policy terms, licence status, coverage, or whether the right contractor sent it. A blank expiry may be intentional for a non-expiring item; confirm that with your team.

The file stays in this browser session. Choosing a new file or clearing the result removes it from the page. A downloaded action list is saved on your own device and may include contractor names, so handle it under your organisation’s rules.
